Off a pier, on a boat or from the beach, the fishing opportunities abound. CB's Salt Outfitters is an excellent place to buy bait and any gear you need. Fishing charters go from CB's as well as the other 2 marinas on the Island.
Arrange a Kayak tour from one of a few operators on the island. You can arrange everything, including location, time and choice of Kayak. The many estuaries in the Bay/Intercoastal provide endless amazement at the natural beauty of this region.
There are two main grocery markets on Siesta Key - one in Siesta Village and the other in the South Bridge area. While small, they each have it all.
